I got beef at Camp Foster commissary. I cooked it and when I ate it, The meat was bad. I didn’t have my recipes I don’t think they would refund me after that. I wish we could get more fresh meat here and affordable fruits and vegetables. I feel it’s expensive to shop off base too and the farmers market is so far. If I could just shop at one place that would be nice. .
