Recipe: |
1 package spaghetti noodles (cooked and drained)
1 jar prepared spaghetti sauce
2 small zucchinis
3 cups chopped fresh mushrooms
1 can diced tomatoes (drained)
shredded cheddar cheese
Saute mushrooms and zucchini until tender. Mix all ingredients together (except cheese). Sprinkle cheese on top and bake in a 9x13 pan at 350 degrees until heated through. |
