Lasagna Bake

Recipe: Brown 1 lb. ground beef, and cook 6-8 oz. pasta; drain. While meat and pasta is cooking, mix together 8 oz. cottage cheese, 3-4 oz cream cheese, 1/3 C. shredded colby jack, and 1/2 c. shredded mozzerella. Add salt and pepper to taste if desired. Stir together pasta and cheese mixture; pour into a greased baking dish. Top with ground beef, 1/2 c. shredded colby jack, 1 jar pasta sauce, and 2/3 c. shredded mozzerella, in that order. Bake in a 350 oven for 20 to 25 minutes,or until cheese on top is lightly browned. Can substitute almost any type of shredded cheese for the colby jack, if desired.
