One box Pillsbury One Step Angel Food Mix
One 20 ounce can crushed pineapple in its own juice
One Large container Cool Whip
One small can crushed pineapple in own juice
Combine cake mix and 20 ounce can of pineapple with juice in mixing bowl. Mix to combine on low speed, then at medium speed for one minute.
Pour into a 9x13 pan sprayed with non stick spray. Bake according to package intstuctions at 350 until golden brown on top and no wet spots. Cool and remove from pan. Frost cake completely with coolwhip, and then in the center, pour on the small can of pineapple and spread on top of cake.
Cut and enjoy! |
