2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup soft butter or oleo margarine
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
48-50 pimento stuffed green olives
Blend cheese and oleo margarine well. Stir in flour, salt, and paprika. Mix well. Wrap approximately 1 teaspoon of this mixture around green olive. Bake at 400 degrees in oven for 15 minutes or until slightly golden brown. These olive cheese balls freeze well before cooking, also, if needed only a few at a time or to be used at a later date. |
