Quick Chicken and Rice

Recipe: Serves 6 1 1/2 - 2 lbs chicken thighs, deboned, skinned and cut into cubes(boneless skinless chicken can be substituted) 1 can condensed Cream of Mushroom soup 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice (not instant) 1 tbsp garlic powder 3 cups water Cook chicken over med-high heat until they are no longer pink. Add soup, garlic powder, and water. Stir together and bring to a rolling boil. Add rice and bring to a boil again. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
