Chicken Ceasar Salad Wraps

Recipe: 2 bonless, skinless chicken breasts 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 cup red onion 1/4 cup pitted ripe olives, chopped 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped 1/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated 4 cups romaine lettuce, thinly sliced 3/4 cup seasoned croutons, coarsley crushed 1/2 cup creamy ceasar dressing 6 large flour tortillas Boil chicken breast in water until cooked through. Let cool. Cut chicken is small chunks. Combine chicken with all ingredients except tortillas. Place about 3/4 cup of chicken mixture off center on a tortilla. Roll up tightly jelly roll style. Wrap in saran wrap. Repeat with remaining chicken mixture and tortillas. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. To serve, unwrap one end and eat! These wraps hold up very well. They are great for a school lunch,picnics or potlucks.
