Recipe: 1can cream of mushroom soup, 1can cream of chicken soup, 6-8 regular flour tortillas, 3-4 bonless chicken breast boiled and shredded, 1 small can green chilies, 1 small can sliced or chopped black olives, 1 cup milk, 8oz. bag mexican cheese Mix soups, green chilies and milk. In 3 qt.Tupperware stack cooker casserole, layer: 1/3 of soup mixture, 1/2 chicken, 1/2 flour tortillas, 1/2 olives and 1/2 cheese. Next add 1/2 remaining soup mixture, remaining chicken, tortillas, then remaining soup(making sure to cover tortillas), remaining olives. Cook covered for 20 minutes in Microwave. Add remaining cheese and let stand 5 minutes. This is wonderful served with fresh salsa made in Tupperware Quik Chef, sour cream, and chips!
