1 bottle of Mojo Maranade.
5 medium size steak (cut into pieces)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
dash salt and pepper
1/3 cup butter
3 cups cooked rice
Season steaks with garlic, salt, and pepper on both sides. Maranate steaks in soy sauce and Mojo sauce for atleast 2 hours, (over night is better). Melt butter in frying pan, add steak pieces. Pour maranade over steak in pan. Let cook about 8 minutes or until steak is cook thoughly. Serve over rice. You can add any kind of veggies to this. My family's favorite is broccoli. You can find Mojo sauce in any grocery store by the Mexican foods. ENJOY!!
