Recipe: Ingredients you'll need: - 1 pkg. Betty Crocker Pizza Crust - 2 cups ranch dressing - 1 1/2 cups sour cream - 1/2 bar of cream cheese - 1 cup of finely shredded cheese - 1/4 to 1/2lb fresh veggies of your choice *broccoli, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes How to prepare: Start by cooking the pizza crust as directed. Once that is in the oven begin on your sauce. Mix ranch dressing, sour cream, and cream cheese into a large mixing bowl and blend on high speed until finely mixed. Set the sauce aside until later. Then chop all of your veggies into small pieces, for broccoli only the tops of them need to be used. Once the crust is done let it cool for about 20 minutes, put it in the freezer to speed cooling time. Place the sauce evenly on the crust and add all of your veggies. Finish it off by adding your cheese. Cover and refrigerate for 10 to 12 hours. Makes 6 to 10 servings depending on the size.
