Beef Stuffed Baked Potates

Recipe: 1 lb ground beef...1 small chopped onion...6 Tbsp margarine...1 Tbsp parsley...3/4 tsp salt...1/2 c chopped celery...1/8 tsp pepper...1 can condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup...6 medium baking potates, baked...1/4 tsp garlic powder...1/4 c milk...1/2 c grated cheese... Brown beef in 1 tbsp margarine. Add salt and pepper. Set aside. Cut potatoes in half and remove pulp, mash. Add remaining margarine and milk. Beat well. Add beef and remaining ingredients except grated cheese. Fill potatoe halves with mixture; top with grated cheese. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
