3-5lb bottom round roast
2 Tbs. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. pepper
2 Tbs. meat tenderizer
1 Tbs. accent
1/2 cup tomato sauce
36 oz. of your favorite bbq sauce
Trim any fat off the roast and place in crock pot. Add all ingredients except the tomato sauce and bbq sauce. Cook on low for 9-10 hrs or high for 5-6 hrs. Once meat is cooked drain the broth saving a cup. Shred the beef in the crock pot using two forks. Once all the beef is shredded pour in the cup of broth, tomato sauce, and bbq sauce. Use enough bbq sauce to cover all the meat. Mix well. Cover the beef and cook on low for at least 45 min. Serve on slightly toasted bread of your choice.
