Cook 1 packet Ramen adding 1-2 drops green food coloring to the cooking water. Take uncooked hot dog and slice lengthwise starting at the middle and going to one end. Turn and slice again through the same side making 4 quarters still attached to a whole half. Drop into boiling water and cook. Spread 4 quarters of hot dog out over the green ramen with the hot dog half still in tact, on top. Make a smily face on top with mustard.
Makes one octopus on Seaweed. |
