Cheap, Easy, Healthy Chicken Stir fry

Name: Kimberly Heimbuch
Base: Subase Bangor, WA
Recipe: Will feed family of 6 for under $4.00 and very healthy ING: 1 pound any kind chicken, boiled and shredded off bone 1 bag frozen mixed veggies of your liking 2 packages of chicken teriyaki or oriental ramen noodles Soy sauce 2 tablespoons Margarine or flavored oil like sesame or peanut oil 1.Boil your chicken until thoroughly cooked. Cool under cold water and then pull all the chicken off the bones, and shred, or cut into small pieces.(you can also buy boneless skinless breasts and cut up and fry quickly in a 1/4 Cup water in a pan.) 2.In a large stovetop pot bring vegetables to a boil and cook just until tender, not mushy, or you can steam them. Set aside. 3.Take ramen noodles and set aside seasoning packs. Bring to a boil and cook just until tender. Strain noodles. In a large frying pan, add 2 tbl, margarine, sesame oil, or flavored oil of choice. Add seasing packets to oil until dissolved. Return noodles to pan and cook until they start to crisp stirring frequently. Add chicken and vegetables and as much soy sauce to taste. And whalla! You have about as cheap and healthy meal as they come and the kids love the ramen noodles in it! Baking Notes: You can use rice in exchange for the noodles. I also have used terriyaki sauce instead of soy sauce or Yoshidas sauce also. Hope you enjoy!
