Deluxe Rotel Dip

Recipe: 1 lb. Velveeta Cheese 1/2 lb. of Jimmy Dean Sage Sausage 1 can of diced Rotel tomatoes 1 can of mushroom stems and pieces Brown sausage and drain. In the meantime, cube Velveeta cheese and add can of Rotel tomatoes (juice, too) into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes at a time, stirring in between. Do this until cheese is melted. Add cooked sausage and mushrooms. This can be served in a crock pot or heated accordingly. This dip is great with any type of chips. It's also wonderful over a baked potato, eggs, or biscuits. You can double this and also use Mexican Velveeta, hot sausage, and hot Rotel for the really brave. My recommendation is to use the name brands that I have listed. Substitutes do not do this recipe justice. Enjoy!!!
