1 Quart strawberries washed and quarterd
1 C water
3/4 C sugar
1 4oz pkg strawberry jello
2 TBSP corn starch
1 pilsbury all-ready pie crust pre-baked for 15 min
In a medium sauce pan combine water and sugar
heat till dissolved/ clear
Add strawberry jello and heat till boiling. stir often
disolve the corn starch in 1/4c water
add to mixture and stir until disolved boil for 1 min
remove from heat and refrigerate until cooled
spoon a small amount of mixturein bottom of pan
then add strawberries pour remaining jello mixture over
strawberries. Top with cool whip
fresh peaches, rasberries, blackberries, blueberries
work great too use the same flavor jello as fruit. |
