Preheat oven to 350. Then in large pan cook 1 regular sized package of large elbow mac. While mac is cooking, in med suace pan melt 1 stick of margerine add 7 heaping Tablespoons of flour mix. Then add 3 cups of milk, salt and pepper, cook til nice and thick, stiring the whole time. Then add 1/2 to 3/4 pound of grated cheese. In 13x9 pan add drained mac and cheese suace, mix well, top with about 2 cups of cheese. Bake for 30 min or til bubblie and cheese is on top is nice and done. Let cool for 15 min then enjoy |
