1# ground beef
1 lemon or 3T. bottled lemon juice
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. green olives with pimientos, diced
1 16oz. can tomatoes, chopped slightly
Brown hamburger & drain off excess grease. Add juice of 1 lemon or 3T. bottled lemon juice & remaining ingredients. Cook 1 hour. Serve over rice. |
