Lemon
Pepper
Butter or Margarine
Paprika
Cooking Instructions:
1 Lb. fish fillets
2-3 Tbs butter or margarine, melted
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp grated lemon peel
1/16 tsp pepper
paprika
Roll fillets and arrange in microwave safe dish. Mix lemon peel, juice, black pepper and melted butter; spoon over fish rolls. Sprikle with paprika. Loosely cover with wax paper.Cook in HIGH 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes; test to see if fish flakes. Cook 2 minutes longer if needed. |
