Marinated Potatoes on the grill |

Boil 8 middle sized potatoes until tender (12 Minutes after the water was boiling).
Let the potatoes cool off until you are able to handle them. On a flat plate slightly squeeze them on both sides with the palm of your hand. Be careful that they don't fall apart.
Mix half a cup of Balsamico (or redwine) vinegar with one cup of Olive oil and a spoon full of Garlic powder (if you like fresh garlic, chopp 2 cloves of it into the sauce).
Baste the potatoes generously with the vinegar-mix on both sides.
Sprinkle on the potatoes salt, pepper and more garlic powder.
On middle heat place the potatoes on the grill (each side about 3 minutes) until they are brown.
Serve with corn on the cops, hamburgers or eat alone as a vegetarian dish.
Simple dish, but delicious!
