1/2 cup shortning
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla3-4 medium sized well ripe bananas
2 cup All purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
shake of salt
Mix wet ingredients well, to include bananas. Then add your dry, mix and bake at 350 for about 50 minutes. Has a cake like texture. Tastes great with macadamia nuts. |
