EASY MEAT AND POTATOES |

Put a little oil in a pan and heat
add 1 tbsp of minced or chopped garlic
1/4 C chopped onion
Saute till soft
Add 1 lb of gound beef
cook till done/ drain
Add 3-4 thinly sliced potatoes
Cook till almost soft
add 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
Put into a 9 x 13 pan
pour in a 1/2 milk and bake for 30 min.
Enjoy
sometimes I add velveta mexican cheese and corn. |
