1/2 Cup of butter
3/4 to a Cup of peanut butter
3/4 Cup of sugar
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 Egg
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1 1/2 Cup of sifted all purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
about a 1/2 cup of sugar set aside in a bowl for rolling
Preheat oven 375
Mix dry ingredients together then add the rest, blend together. Roll mix in to 1" balls, roll in sugar. place on baking pan 2" apart. You can also press with a fork to leave a waffle design or just leave in balls, they will spread out. Bake 10-12 min.Bake for only 8 minutes if you like a softer cookie.
