1 Beef Chuck Roast - cut in cubes or strips
2 Large Onions - Sliced
1 Large Can Mushrooms - Drained
1 Family Size Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Clove Garlic - Minced
1/2 tsp Paprika
Salt & Pepper to taste
8oz Sour Cream
1 TSP Butter
Combine soup, salt, pepper and paprika and set aside. Layer the butter, onions, mushrooms, beef & garlic in the crockpot. Add soup mixture and cook on low for 8-10 hrs. Fold in sour cream right before serving. Spoon over rice or noodles.
