Imitation Seafood Pasta Salad |

2 bunches Green Onions - cleaned and diced
2 bunches celery - cleaned and chopped
16 oz twist or shell pasta (or 2 10-12oz bags) - cooked and drained
2 lbs imitation crab - chopped
1 container - 16 oz - sour cream (regular,lightor Fat Free)
16 oz Mayonaise - (Regular, light, Fat Free)
Juice of 1 small lemon
Seasoning (we use Nature's Seasoning, but salt and pepper will do just fine)
Small amount of milk (optional)
I cook pasta until it is soft but not mushy. A little firmness is ideal.
Mix mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, and seasoning in large bowl. Stir in onions and imitation crab meat. Add cooked pasta and mix well. Add a little bit of milk if it seems too thick. Chill
Serves a lot! THis recipe can be broken down into smaller quantities with no problems. THis is the amount that I make for family get-togethers.
