3T butter
1c sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1c flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3c chopped apples (peeled if you wish)
1/2 c chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Cream butter & sugar, add egg, mix well.
Stir dry ingredients together, add to creamed mixture.
Stir in vanilla, chopped apples & nuts.
Pour into greased 8x8 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes.
Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream! |
