Recipe: 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts 1 14oz. can water-packed Artichoke Hearts, well drained and chopped 3/4 cup mayonaise (can use light or fat-free if desired) 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese dash of garlic powder Preheat oven to 375. In a bowl, combine the artichokes, cheese, mayonaise, and garlic powder. Place chicken in a greased 11x7x2" baking dish. Spread with artichoke mixture. Bake, uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. ENJOY!!!!!!!
