3 Cups of zucchini
3 Cups of Flour
1 t. Baking Powder
1 t. Baking Soda
1/2 t. Salt
1/2 Cups of Raisins (optional)
1 Cup of Pecans (optional)
1 Cup of crushed pineapple (drained)
3 1/2 t. Vanilla
3 t. Cinnamon
1/2 t. Nutmeg
Makes 2 loaves... 9" loaf pans sprayed with cooking spray... Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.... |
