Cabbage Rice Casserole

Recipe: 1 Tbsp cooking oil 1 1/2 lbs ground beef 1 small onion 1 1/2 cups cooked rice 1 1/2 lbs cabbage, cut in pieces 2 cans tomato soup 1 1/2 cups water Season ground beef with salt and pepper, brown with onion in oil. Drain off excess fat. In greased (2 qt) casserole, layer browned ground beef with the rice and cabbage (combined). Mix 2 (10 3/4 oz) cans tomato soup with 1 1/2 cups water. Pour over ground beef mixture, cover. Bake for 1 1/2 - 2 hours (until cabbage is tender) at 350 degrees.
