Rum Oranges

Recipe: 3 oranges peeled and sliced in rounds about 1/4" thick 3 tablespoons Parrots Bay Coconut Rum 3 tablespoons light brown sugar Arrange oranges overlapping each other in a baking dish. Sprinkle rum over oranges and spread even layer of light brown sugar. Broil 3 to 4 minutes until sugar is carmelized. Serve when done. You can also serve it with vanilla ice cream for an exotic sundae.
