Summer Pasta Salad
>
> 12 oz pkg multi-colored cork screw noodles-cooked
> and drained
> 1/2 lb. cubed cooked chicken breasts
> 1 C. chopped tomatoes
> 1/2 C. chopped green bell peppers
> 1/2 C. shredded carrot
> 1/4 C. chopped green onions
> 2 Tbsp Dijon Style mustard
> 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
> 1 C. Bottled Creamy Italian dressing (reg will do if
> you can't find creamy)
> Grated Parmesan Cheese

> In large bowl, combine all ingredients except salad
> dressing and parmesan cheese; mix well. Stir in
> salad dressing. Cover; chill thoroughly. Just
> before serving, stir. Serve with Parmesan Cheese.
> This recipe makes 4-5 servings.
