Grilled Chicken Salad Sandwich

Recipe: Open a can of Hormel canned chicken breasts drain liquid. Mix with mayonaise (taste to your liking). Add a can of drained delmonte tomato and garlic diced tomato (or whatever flavor of DelMonte tomato you like). mix well. add a can of drained sliced black olives (small can). Butter bread as you would for a toasted cheese sandwich. Place a slice of cheese onto bread while it is in the pan add some chicken mixture on top of cheese place second piece of bread on top of chicken mixture and finishing grilling the sandwich until bread is toasted. Serve with tomato soup. You can also mix the chicken mixture with egg noodles and not make a sandwich. You can save the juice from the chicken and the tomatoes freeze it and use it as juice when you make spanish rice or boil chicken for enchiladas or whatever soup you would like to make. You can save the tomato juice for you chili.
