Recipe: 1/4 lb.butt,melted 1quart pecan pieces 4 tbsp crystal worcestershire sauce 4 tbsp.crystal hot sauce salt as needed melt the butter in a heavy saute pan or frying pan. pan-roast the pecans over medium heat in melted butter.add the crystal worcestershire and crystal hot sauce several drops at a time until well distributed.when all liqid is adsorbed and the pecans are adequately roasted,remove from heat and sprinkle with salt to taste.
