1lb ground beef
1-2 cans refried beans
1 package taco seasoning
1 can olive slices
1 block grated chedder cheese
1 can choped green chilies (optional)
1 package tortillas
1/8-1/4 cup Hot watter
Heat oven to 350 deg. Use a square pan for a small amount or a rectangle pan for a larger amount.
Cook the ground beef and put the taco seasoning in according to the package.
Put a thin layer of refried beans on the bottom of the pan. Lay enough tortillas down to cover the bottom of the pan usualy one for a square pan or two for a rectangle pan.
Put a layer of refried beans over the tortillas
Lay down some of the ground beef
Throw down some of the olives the chilies
Top with the cheese
Continue to lay down the tortillas, beans, beef, olives, chilies, and cheese untill there is no more. For smaller pans all the tortillas will proably not fit.
For square pans add 1/8 cup Hot watter for rectangle pans use 1/4 cup hot watter.
Cover with foil and cook for 20 min uncover and cook for 10 min more or untill all cheese is melted.
Top with sourcream or salsa. |
