*1 Package of Cube steak *1 can of 98% FF Cream of mushroom soup *1/2 cup water *garlic powder, salt & pepper
Season steaks with garlic powder, salt & pepper, layer in crockpot, pour over the soup and the 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook on low all day (6-8 hours). Makes it's own gravy. Serve over rice or noodles. Easy, cost efficient, and low fat. |
