Beat til light 1 egg
gradually add and beat in 3/4 cup sugar
stir in 2 tbsp. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
fold in 1 cup chopped apples and a pinch of salt
Bake in a well greased pie tin or small cake pan for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. |
