Beat together 1 stick softened oleo
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
Add 1 egg and beat well
Stir in 1 1/2 cup of flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped peacans
Chill dough for one hour
Roll dough into balls and place 3" apart on greased cookie sheet. Flatten with bottom of drinking glass dipped in sugar.
Bake at 375 for 8 minutes. Makes 3 dozen. |
