This is a great alternative to traditional meatloaf and is easy and inexpensive to make - tastes great too!
2lbs ground beef
1 jar salsa
1 can bisquits
Mix salsa and ground beef together. Pinch of bisquit in pieces and knead into beef mix. Put in cassarole dish
Bake at 350 about 35-45 minutes. |
