Italian Steak & Cheese Sandwich

Recipe: 1/2 C. Miracle Whip or the Light Dressing,divided 1 Med. Onion, sliced 2 Med. Grn or Red peppers.cut into strips 1/4 C. Kraft Zesty italian dressing 3/4 Lb.Thinly sliced roast beef 6 French bread rolls, split 1/2 C.(2oz.)Kraft natural shredded low-moisture Part-skim Mozzarella Cheese. Heat 2 Tbls. of the dressing in large skillet on Med. heat. Add onion and grn or red peppers;cook and stir 5 min. or until tender-crisp.Remove veg.mixture from skillet;set aside Add remaining dressing, Italian dressing and meat to skillet.Cook 5 min. or until thoroughly heated. Fill rolls with meat mixture and reserved vegetable mixture. Top with cheese. Makes 6 sandwiches. * I use both red and green peppers.
