1 LB Ground Beef
1 onion (chopped)
1 envelope taco mix
3/4 cup Bisquick
1 1/4 cups milk
3 eggs
1 cup cheedar cheese
Heat oven at 400... Greese pie plate(10x1/2in)...
Cook beef and onion in skillet, until beef is brown; drain... Stir taco mix in (dry.. do not follow directions on taco packet) Put in pie plate...
Stir Bisquick, milk, and eggs until well mixed... pour in pie plate...
Bake 25 min... Sprinkle w/cheese... Bake 8-10 min more... Let stand 5 min...
Then serve with your faviorte taco toppings.... Enjoy
