1 cup uncooked macaroni
2 cups cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Bisquick
1 1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
Heat oven 400 degres...Greese 9 in pie plate... Place uncooked macaroni in plate... Sprinkle w/ 1 3/4 cups of cheese...
Stir remaining ingredients until blended... Pour in pie plate evenly...
Bake 25 to 30 min or until knife comes out clean... Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of cheese... Bake 1 to 2 min more or until cheese is melted... Let stand 5 min...

cook macaroni in boiling water 5 min...
(add 1 tbsp veg. oil to prevent boil over)
