Meatballs -
1 lbs ground beef, 3/4c. Italian Bread Crumbs, 1/4 c. milk, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 eggs, 3/4 t salt.
Combine all ingredients, mix and shape into balls. Place in baking pan. Brown for 25-30 minutes at 375 degrees.
BBQ Sauce - 1 c catsup, 4 Tbsp margarine, 4 Tbsp light molasses, 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar, 4 Tbsp water.
Combine all ingredietns in saucepan. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Add meatballs, heat through. This makes a great unit function dish -- it is alos my daughter's favorite dinner. |
