Recipe: |
1 pkg yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix
1 big box vanilla instant pudding mix
1 c. warm water
1/2 c light oil
4 eggs
2 Tbsp poppy seeds
In large bowl, empty cake mix and instant pudding. Add water, oil, eggs and with mixer, blend well. Add poppy seeds and mix in.
Prepare 2 loaf pans with shortening and flour or spray Pam. Place loaf pans in preheated 350 degree oven and bake 50-60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and remove from loaf pans. Wrap wil foil. This freezes well. It also makes great muffins. |
