Recipe: |
1 Head of Cabbage, grated 1 C. Sugar (can use sugar substitute)
1 Bell Pepper (chopped) 1 TBsp White Vinegar
Salt & Pepper 1 C. Mayonaise
Grate cabbage in food processor. Add chopped bell pepper. Mix together mayonaise, vinegar, sugar & salt & pepper.
Pour over cabbage/bell pepper.
This is enough for group picnic or potluck.
