Recipe: 1 2lb bag hash brown potatoes (frozen) 1 10 oz pkg. cheddar cheese (grated) 1 carton sour cream 1 tsp salt 1/2 stick melted butter can of cream of chicken soup mix all together and put in greased dish. cover top with another 1/2 stick melted butter and crushed corn flakes (if desired). bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, 10 minutes.
