Chocolate Mississippi Mud Cake

Recipe: Cake 2 sticks of margarine 1/3 cup cocoa (no sugar in this) 2 cups white sugar 1 1/2 cups coconut (optional) 4 eggs 1 1/2 cups flour 1 tsp. vanilla 1 to 1 1/2 cups chopped peacans 1 small jar of marshmallow cream (7 1/2 oz) Melt margarine, add cocoa & sugar stir until sugar is melted. Remove from heat and add eggs, flour and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in nuts. Pour into 9X13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 min. Spread marshmallow cream and cool for 20 minutes. Icing 1 stick margarine 1/3 cup cocoa (no sugar in this) 1/2 cup milk 1 box powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup peacans (optional) Melt margarine, add cocoa & milk and boil for 1 minute. Add Sugar & vanilla and beat until smooth. Pour over cake and sprinkle with nunts if you like.
