Recipe: |
Place 1 pound salmon fillets with skin and bones removed into foil pan or pouch made of foil. Mix together in a separate bowl 1 Tbs lemon juice, 1/2 cup mayo, 1 T minced garlic, 1/4 tsp pepper. Spoon mixture over salmon fillets. Cover with foil or close foil pouch. Cook in covered grill or in oven at 375 for about 25-30 minutes or until flaky. |
