SPICY ITALIAN SAUSAGE PASTA

Recipe: In a large skillet soften 1 medium onion, with 2 garlic cloves (crushed) in a little olive oil. While sofetning cut 2 yellow & 1 red peppers into bite size pieces, then add to the skillet with the onion & garlic to brown. While these are browning, take the cases off 3 hot Italian Sausages and then break these into the skillet, also in bite size pieces with the peppers to brown also. Lastly add to mixture 1 14oz can of crushed tomatoes, 1/2 6oz can of tomato paste, and a sprinkle each oregano, basil, red pepper flakes (all dried herbs).Leave to simmer in skillet while you cook a 1/3rd box of Penne pasta in salted boiling water in another pan to al dente (10-12 minutes). Once pasta is done, drain, then toss into pepper & sausage mixture, delicious!
