Pork Chop and Green Bean Casserole

Recipe: 4-5 boneless pork chops 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 can french style or regular cut green beans 1 lge. onion, sliced into rings 1/2 cup milk small amount olive oil 3/4 cut shredded cheese (optional) Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Simmer pork chops in skillet with small amount of olive oil. Remove chops, simmer onion rings. Add soup and milk to onions and simmmer until soup is smooth. Pour beans into a 2 qt. casserole dish, place chops on top of beans and then pour soup mixture over chops and beans. Shredded cheese may be added to top if desired. Place in oven for about 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with rice or baked potatoes.
