Chicken breasts (however many you need)
Jar of Picante sauce
Shredded Cheese (I use Colby/Jack)
Put the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour the
picante sauce over them. Bake at 350 for about 30
min. Cover with the cheese and bake another 10 - 15
min. (until the chicken is done). Serve over rice or
noodles, or with Mexican/Spanish rice or a salad.
